The idea of the InterCriteria Analysis (ICA) was generated by authors in 2014. For next (already 9) years, ICA has been an object intensive research and applications. In present paper, extension is introduced. it, criteria or objects have their own weight coefficients, priorities. particular case, when these coefficients are equal to 1, standard appears.
